Below is a small selection of my documentary mitzvah photography. My style has been described as timeless, loose and real: Visual storytelling is the foundation of my photography. I’m a fan of classic documentary photography with depth rather than trendy images where the technique speaks louder than the images.
Using a combination of film and digital, I capture events as they unfold at their own pace, rather than constantly interrupting the flow to take endless posed photos. Being primarily a documentary photographer means very *very* few shots are “set up”, unless upon request. I’m not kidding about this. 🙂
